Engineering Design Services

Reverse Enginnering - Drafting / Documentation
	Digitization –Data is created using NDMT (Non Distractive Measurement Techniques) cloud data or import geometry, White light scanners, CMM, profile projection techniques are leveraged from our partners to get the most accurate results. Focusing on creative approach to problem solving. Drafting – Creating parts and assemblies drawings as per client's requirements in ANSI, DIN, JIS, ISO standards. Conversion from PDF, Micro films, Hard copies are also available. Assembly drawings of complex systems to help the shop floor people while in prototyping phase. (R&D to Production Dept. hand off) Platform Migration – ID to ME transition. We offer services of industrial designers and engineers working together to ensure ID intent transformed into a realistic product. Also includes moving data from one platform to another ( history based / non history based) as per clients requirements. e.g.

Industrial Design
	Ideation and concept exploration Creating Master vision for the product 2D – 3D sketching, photorealistic renderings, Appearance models / mock ups. for focus group studies. These are used as basis for Quali & Qunti marketing surveys. Prototypes for Ergonomic studies for hand held products. Product graphics and packaging. PCPL works in reverse engineering for unique product development where no previous 3D data / references are available.

Graphic Design
	Illustrations, Art works, Vector art conversion, Raster drawings. Converting photographs to line arts or illustration. Technical writing. Creating User, Technical, Maintenance manuals for products as well as software's. Creating flash presentations of products, walk thru's. and simulations.
